· Due to the nature of our products (and for hygiene reasons), we are unable to offer returns or refunds on your order.

· If you receive our products and they are defective (faulty pump/pipette/leaking), please contact us with relevant information/ images within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assess each case on an individual basis.
