Shipping Info

Are shipping costs included in the price?

We have a range of courier options for all orders. Please note that Cactus Circle Co. makes use of third-party couriers, and you will receive your shipping information as soon as your order is dispatched. We offer free couriered shipping for orders over R1,000. 

For Australian orders, we charge a flat rate of $15 for international tracked shipping. 

Do you ship outside of South Africa?

Yes! We currently ship to South Africa and Australia.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

If you order is placed before 2pm, we aim to have all orders processed by the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

Your order will be with you in 3-5 business days or 1-2 business days if express shipping is selected. For Australian orders, pending customs clearance your order should be with you in 4-6 business days from dispatch.
