Are shipping costs included in the price?

We have a range of courier shipping options for all orders. Please note that Cactus Circle Co. makes use of third-party couriers, and you will receive your shipping information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship outside of South Africa?

We currently only ship within the borders of South Africa. However, there is more to come on this. Please email us if you have any queries!

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

If you order is placed before 2pm, we aim to have all orders processed by the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

Depending on what shipping option you select, your order will be with you in 3-5 business days (or 1-2 business days if express shipping is selected).
